Sound healing Private Session

Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST), combines direct vibrations and tones through a variety of means to help relax, restore and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. In sessions, Therapeutic singing bowls that are tuned with each energy center (Chakra) for a gentle sound massage. The vibration of the bowls will give sound waved  over  the body, coupled with the focusing of attention on the tones, allows clients to immerse themselves into a meditative state and deep relaxation. Muscles become less tense, and clients may even slip into an alpha brain wave pattern. This brain wave pattern is associated with daydreaming and pre-sleep. Other instruments that may be used in sound healing sessions and will open all energy centers or known as Chakra's releasing blocked and stored trauma. Some clients may release tears, or pain. This will allow your body to be aligned so you can heal from what is no longer serving you.
